New Membership Class Series

Our classes are designed to help you grow in your faith, discover your purpose, and get connected to our church family. Each class builds on the previous one, so we encourage you to complete all four to get the most out of your membership journey.

Classes are offered:

In-Person: Every 1st and 3rd Sunday immediately after service at 11:00am
Online: Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 6:00pm

Class 101: Discovering Church Membership

Curious about what makes Victory In Praise Church unique? Class 101 is your introduction to who we are, what we believe, and why we do what we do. You'll learn why being part of a church family matters and how membership can enrich your faith journey. This class is a chance to explore our mission and discover how you can be part of what God is doing through VIP. Whether you're brand new or have been attending for a while, Class 101 is the perfect first step!

Class 201: Developing Spiritual Maturity

Ready to take your faith to the next level? Class 201 is all about building a solid spiritual foundation. We'll dive into the Four Basic Habits that every Christian needs to grow - connecting with God through prayer, studying the Bible, building relationships in the church, and living a generous life. This class will help you grow stronger in your walk with Christ and give you practical tools to make faith a part of your everyday life.

Class 301: Discovering Your Ministry

You were created on purpose, for a purpose. In Class 301, we'll help you discover your God-given gifts and how you can use them to make a difference. You'll learn about serving in ministry, understanding the roles of Core Ministry leaders and Support Ministry members. We'll also introduce you to our M Departments - Magnification (worship and creative arts), Maturity (spiritual growth), Missions (community outreach), Marketing (spreading the word), Ministry (caring for others), and Membership (welcoming and supporting new members). No matter your skills or passions, there's a place for you to serve and shine at VIP!

Class 401: Discovering Your Mission

You have a story - and it's powerful. In Class 401, you'll learn how to share your testimony and how God's work in your life can impact others. Jesus called us all to share the good news, and this class will equip you to do just that. Whether you're sharing with friends, family, coworkers, or even strangers, Class 401 will help you confidently share your faith in a genuine and relatable way. Your story can change lives - are you ready to tell it?
